Our warehouse is located in the near downtown area. The warehouse is close to Brewers Hill and adjacent to the Historic Third Ward. It is bounded by the North-South and East-West freeways, which permits easy access for pick-up and delivery of your items.
2ND STREET IS OPEN DURING CONSTRUCTION GOING NORTHBOUND ONLY.
Did you know that you're going green when you store with us? Our historic building was built in 1873 as the Nazro Hardware building, then was used for Cigar production and then as a jewelery store. Since 1980 it has housed Downtown Mini Warehouse. This reuse of an old, yet sound structure preserves history and provides safe, convenient storage!
